Goodbye to Yesterday - Wanda E. Brunstetter

Good story but I was a little disappointed. The story ended abruptly. There is another book after this one. Maybe it continues the story.

** Update the next book continues the story

On Being Sarah - Elizabeth Helfman

I really enjoyed reading this book.  I enjoyed learning about Blissymbols.

On Being Sarah - Elizabeth Helfman
Boys For Sale - Marc Finks

I knew what the book was about, it was good, I couldn't put it down, but it disgusted me.  It's the story of Tavi (and a few other boys) who's parents were poor.  The boys were sold into human trafficking, by a deceiving person, who promised them money and that the boys would receive a good education and job training.  The book is written from Tavi's point of view as he endures unpleasant things.  It does have a happy ending though, and a few twists and turns.  Most human trafficking I have heard about are girls, sadly enough it's both boys and girls.

Love Finds You in Liberty, Indiana - Melanie Dobson

Being originally from Indiana and actually visiting the underground railroad house this story was about made this story even more fascinating because I could actually picture what i remembered about visiting there.  At one point in the story they described the passageway from the house to the barn.....I have been through that same passageway. :-)
